Biography

  • Alison H. Samarin, a native of Fresno, graduated magna cum laude from Fresno State in 2001 and summa cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2004.  

    She has practiced civil litigation for the last 12 years and recently joined FLC to focus on employment compliance and litigation.  She is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association. 

Practice Areas

  • Alison Samarin advises employers on avoiding litigation, improving employee relations, and complying with California’s increasingly complex workplace laws. She also conducts HR investigations of ongoing employee issues and complaints.

    When litigation ensues despite the best efforts at avoidance, she also handles cases involving allegations of unlawful discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and unfair business practices.
