Mr. Daniels graduated cum laude from Fresno State University in 1995 with a B.A. in English. Following four years in the field of education, Mr. Daniels earned his Juris Doctorate in 2002 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco. During his law school career, Mr. Daniels externed for the Honorable Anthony W. Ishii in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and he was a member of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Mr. Daniels practices in the area of civil litigation. He is experienced in resolving complex business litigation cases, including matters involving contractual disputes, partnership dissolution, unfair business practices, consumer protection, and professional malpractice. Mr. Daniels is an expert in post-judgment remedies and preliminary relief, including temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Prior to joining Fishman, Larsen, Goldring & Zeitler, Mr. Daniels was a deputy district attorney assigned to the Consumer and Environmental Protection Unit of the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Daniels is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court, Southern District of California |
